Suggestion for Government

Jakarta is the busiest city in Indonesia; it causes of many populations here and many vehicles, almost each family in Jakarta has their own vehicle. Increasing people who driving every year and some careless driver makes Jakarta become “city of traffic jam”. This condition very disturb the society in Jakarta, it was annoyance feeling for people around here. Government has some planning to reduce the traffic jam in Jakarta and to improving public transport, such as, build monorail, provide Trans Jakarta to the society (it did), repair the trains and buses also. I consider the plans that made are not good overall. I disagree with some of the plan because it was not the solution to fix this problem.
The first thing that the government should to do is expand the road, drag the living rooms that built in edge of the river or the bottom of the bridge, and build a new flat for the family that lose their living room provide one flat for each family. It will be so much better for them. It is the one of the right way for government to spend money. The land of the ex-living room used to expand the road around, so that people can not getting a small road anymore that make traffic jam.
Trans Jakarta that built is not really right way that government used to reduce traffic jam, because many people in Indonesia are show off, it will be better for them to use their own vehicle in traffic jam than use the smooth Trans Jakarta. The road around become small and some bus way that should use by only Trans Jakarta used with another vehicle. If possible government has to limit a vehicle selling every year, or ensure that people really use the rule about 3 in 1 every morning and afternoon and make sure that carpool is used.
Government should not have to repair the bus, but they have to add some bus to reduce over load passenger in the bus. It uses to make comfortable feeling for the passenger. I suggest that one day the government will provide special bus for women because women seldom become a victim of crime. The last one that I disagree is plan to build a monorail in Jakarta, it built around Plaza Senayan road, this built was stopped before finish. Jakarta ex-Governor, Letjen TNI H.Sutiyoso said “In anticipating traffic jam, Jakarta administration has provided a plan called the Metropolitan Transportation Scheme comprising the infrastructures of subway, monorail and a total of 15 corridors of Trans Jakarta for the long run”. The government should spend this money to make a bigger and faster bus like bus in China or make more bus in obedient that made of 3 in 1 rule that made by government. I agree about reparation of trains because the trains in Jakarta were very bad, some of them are not proper to use anymore, it looks from the railway train. Government also should spend money to repair the railway to make it better and proper to use.
Build monorail, provide Trans Jakarta to the society (it did), repair the train and bus also are not really good idea absolutely. I am sure Jakarta will be better if government has thought to do the plans that I suggested, because it can reduce a traffic jam in Jakarta, and Jakarta can still become busiest city without “city of traffic jam” predicate. It can make the society has a comfort feeling and happy to use the facilities that government gave.
